You can request voicemails directly in your conversations using natural language—just tell the figure what you would like them to say or do, and they will try to follow your instructions when performing, within the limits of the service. If a voicemail fails to generate for any reason, the credits used for that attempt are automatically refunded to your account.
No. Once a voicemail has been successfully generated and saved to your account, it does not expire and will remain available unless you choose to delete it or delete your account.
No. You can purchase voicemail credit packs independently of a premium subscription, and all users receive a few free voicemail credits to try the feature.
With an active subscription, you receive 20 voicemail credits each month. These credits expire at the end of each billing month and do not roll over. If you need more, you can purchase extra voicemail credit packs separately, and those additional credits do not expire.
All of your voicemails are always available from the Voicemails page, even if you no longer have access to the original conversation where they were created. You can easily search your voicemail archive using the text of their transcripts. Open Voicemails.
Yes. By default, your voicemails are private to your account. You can choose to make individual voicemails public to share them with other users, and you can revert them back to private at any time. When you share an entire conversation, any voicemails contained within it may also be shared.
